Terms & Agreements
Please read the terms and conditions carefully before opting into the competition. These terms and conditions govern your participation and rewards in the competition. You are an able participant only on the condition that you agree to the terms set forth below. If you do not agree to the conditions, do not enter into the competition.
Eligibility Criteria
Any Stewart Title sales representative employee within the agency business is eligible to participate in the Fantasy Fraud Defense competition.
Entry Mechanism
Stewart Title sales representatives may participate in the competition through the communication of the Stewart and CertifID offering that results in a title agent or real estate attorney having a demonstration of the CertifID product OR a title agent or real estate attorney signing up for an annual software license with CertifID.
Effective Date
The competition goes into effect on September 11 at 2:15 PM CT and concludes on December 31 at 11:59 PM CT.
Prize Details
Monthly prizes will be announced on the first Tuesday of the month and distributed within 5 business days of receiving prize selection. See table A for an overview of the monthly and grand prize announcements. Prizes are non-transferable.
Judging Criteria
Awards will be distributed for sales representatives who drive the most projected files per agent or attorney, defined after the CertifID demo is complete, or the most committed files per agent or attorney, defined after an agent or attorney signs up for an annual license with CertifID.
Qualified demos
CertifID will monitor the quality of demos to ensure they are qualified prospects. Projected files may be disqualified if the prospect does not meet the base requirements to use CertifID OR is an existing customer.

Date Cutoffs for Most Committed Files Monthly Competition
Prizes will be announced on the 1st Tuesday of every month to the Stewart sales representative with the committed files on their team, with the monthly cutoff at 11:59 PM CT on the last business day of the previous month. The first monthly prize will be announced on November. There will be one winner per team every month.
Date Cutoffs for Most Projected Files Monthly Competition
Prizes will be announced on the 1st Tuesday of every month to the Stewart sales representative with the most projected files on their team, with the monthly cutoff at 11:59 PM CT on the last business day of the previous month. The first monthly prize will be announced on November. There will be one winner per team every month.
Date Cutoffs for Grand Prize
The grand prizes will be announced on the 1st Tuesday of 2026 (1/6/2026) to the top four Stewart sales representatives with the most committed files on their team based on a data measurement period from 9/11 at 2:15 PM CDT to 12/31 at 11:59 PM CDT.
Taxes
Any Stewart sales representative who receives a prize is responsible for any federal, state, or local income tax that may apply.
Tie Breakers
In the event of a tie wherein two or more sales representatives have the same number of files projected or committed, the sales representative who had the most recent files projected update will be the winner. In the event of two or more sales representatives being tied for a monthly award for most committed files, the sales rep who has the most recent update to committed files will win the monthly award.
If a sales representative qualifies as the top performer on their team for both the Most Projected Files and Most Committed Files monthly categories in the same month, they may select which category to win for that month. The category not chosen will pass down to the next highest qualifying sales representative on their team to win.
Definitions
- Business Day: a day, other than a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday
- Projected files: an agent completes the "schedule a demo" form on the Stewart landing page, fills out "Monthly Closings" AND selects their sales rep or a Stewart rep refers opportunity to Allie. Projected file amount is determined after the CertifID demonstration call is complete. CertifID reserves the right to disqualify demos based on agent qualifications to actually utilize CertifID software and demo no shows.
- Committed files: The final number of files the agent or attorney signs a contract to use with CertifID. This is the number of files the new customer plans to apply CertifID technology in protecting.
